For safety and legal compliance, the following items are NOT allowed: hazardous materials (gasoline, propane, paint thinner, explosives, chemicals), perishables, flammable items (fireworks, ammunition, compressed gas), illegal items, living things, and items requiring utilities. We reserve the right to inspect units if we suspect prohibited items.

Can I access my unit 24/7?

All Epic Storage locations feature gated access with controlled entry, individual unit locks, alarm systems, exterior lighting, on-site managers during business hours, and digital access logs. Your valuables are protected with state-of-the-art security measures.

Yes, we allow authorized access for family members and trusted friends. Contact our management office with the person’s name and ID information, and we’ll complete an “Authorized Access” authorization form. They’ll receive a temporary gate code valid for the duration you specify.
